Maxisafe Fittings is a company that is based on innovation as exhibited by our patented technology.  Maxisafe already has several issued U. S. Patents and more are on the way. Our patents include #'s 9,562,639; 9,695,968; 9,732,894; 10,274,119; 10,295,098; 10,295,099; 10,415,732; 10,443,774; 10,473,249; 10,473,248; 10,550,983; 10,557,581; 10,655,769 and 10,962,161. We have many foreign patent applications filed around the world in major industrial countries which are expected to issue into foreign patents in the near future.

In North America we also have patent applications filed in Canada and Mexico.

Maxisafe Fittings has patent applications filed throughout Europe including all major European countries which are members of the European Patent Office.  A total of 38 countries are members of the European Patent Office including Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.

We also have a patent application filed in the major eastern European country of Russia.

Southeast and central Asian countries in which we are seeking patent protection include China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.  We are also seeking patent protection in Australia.

South American countries where we are seeking patent protection includes the major South American country of Brazil.

We have also filed for patent protection in Middle Eastern countries including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
